About Aranmula Parthasarathy Temple
One of the five sacred Pancha Krishna Kshetrams of Kerala. Famous for the annual Aranmula Boat Race (Uthrattadi Vallamkali) on the Pampa river — a unique water procession of snake boats carrying offerings to the temple. Also famous for the Aranmula Kannadi (metal mirror).
